Impatient me!

We haven't been out to the areas since Sunday! Let me tell you it's killing me. I so wanna go and check those cameras lol. I think I'm going to look it to the cameras where you can just view the pics online so I don't have to disturb the area but I can kill the curiosity still. I'm not a patient person to begin with and after we've been seeing deer on the cameras it just makes it worse. I know letting them "soak" will let them feel safe enough to start running through. Oh this was so much easier last year! I wasn't worried about the cameras because I wasn't planning on trying hunting. At times I wonder if Willie regrets hounding me about trying it? I know ut has to be easier on him in ways because now I can't bitch about him out there for days on end lol because my butt will be out in the stand too.

I have 7 weeks until the season starts and Of course Willie and nick both work the weekends. For those that doesn't know Willie and nick work 16 hours on Friday and Saturday and 8 on Sunday so they can have 4 days off a week. Of course the season starts on Saturday! So I'll most likely be out there by myself hopefully shooting one of those bucks:) Nick did say however that his wife Joni is talking about going out with me this year. I did extend an invitation last year buy she didn't show up. So I'm not sure if she will do it or not but we will see. With me it doesn't matter if I'm out by myself. I know how my bow works and I'm one of those over cautious people anyway. I am one who goes around lecturing about the safety of wearing a harness and make sure you take the hunting safety courses. Even if you think you know it all! You can't be too safe.

Anyway I've been trying to think of things to keep me entertained since I'm not out in the areas as much. That's hiw we ended up back at the archery ranges. I seriously can't sit still! A few weeks ago I pulled out the realtree material and made a couple pairs of pants. I still have some left over but I don't know what I'd make with it. I thought about designing me a vest for fall and turkey season. I like a lot if pockets so I can be really organized. I want camera pockets, call pockets, I even carry a small first aid kit! But I'm not sure just yet how I want to design it and I don't know if I want to tackle a project just yet. I should do it so that it would entertain me and keep me thinking about how many deer could be on those cameras:) Eh, I guess we will see what I'll end up doing.
