I put an email in to become a Pro Staffer fir a camo company. I'm nit going to say who just so I don't end up "bad mouthing" a good camo company:) that is not my intentions at all. I'm just frustrated that they had said they would choose someone this past week. I did email them back to ask if someone was chosen and I never got a response!
So I'm thinking they chose someone already and it wasn't me:( They seemed like a good company and they wanted someone to take pics out in the field with their camo lol I guess what I'm doing wasn't what they was looking for. It's kinda like I'm not the one getting 200 pics a week posted up. I can't help that part. The guys aren't into pics like I am and I've always been a bit of a pic addict. So it's a natural thing for me to snap pics as the guys work.
I have asked why do I go out there and never really do anything. I was told that I go to keep them company! I seriously think they could get a lot more done without me tagging along. But then again there wouldn't be the pics or the blog. So it's one of those losing situations for me. Plus I've only been doing the hunting stuff since October 2010. This is my first year out there during the prep work.
I'm not sure what their reasoning was for not selecting me but I guess I can see why I wouldn't fit as a Pro Staffer for them. Willie and nick would've had a better chance at it than I did. They have the experience and me to take all the pics for them. Not all hunters are that lucky to have a person willing to spend time doing the blog either. So next time they can send an email for the position and see if they can get one. The guys did warn me though. They pointed out that all the pics was of them doing it all and they wanted someone having pics taken not doing the picture taking. Eh, oh well I guess. Hunting goes on with or without them:) I'll just go get my buck in a realtree outfit:)
