Ok, You guys got me! I see a recurring theme here and now I understand why! The only Turkey's there is, is those at Kroger's, right? Here I thought there was turkey's in the woods and I've been out there for 3 days this week waiting for something that will never come out and all I really had to do was go to the store and pull one out of the fridge. See I should have been told, even the guy that sold me my tag had told me they had turkey's over in the fridge section and I thought he was kidding me. Well it shows how well I get duped haha.
Well if you haven't guessed I went out today since the rain finally stopped. It was really muddy, the puddles was lakes out in the field. We thought we'd try the place that Willie, Nick, and Matt scouted out yesterday after the rain. They found turkey feather's all over the place and seen a dog running around. So they figured the dog got the Turkey. We set our blind up and my dear sweet hubby blended in with the twigs and branches to call. We didn't hear any turkey's today. So now we are done until next week. Hopefully it'll stay clear, even though the news said next Tuesday will be rain, We will go out Tuesday and Wednesday and try it again.
